Mr. Alpert concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation (personal, corporate, partnership, trusts and estates, tax exempt organizations), general business law (including business planning, general corporate law, and general and limited partnership law, and limited liability company law); real estate law, and tax exempt organizations law.
Professional History:
After practicing law in New York City for five years, Mr. Alpert joined Weston Patrick in 1981. In 1999, Mr. Alpert and Richard B. Osterberg merged their practices, with Tina Leung becoming a partner in 2010.
