Mr. Holly represents private clients in estate planning matters, trust and estate administration, and serves as trustee of a number of private trusts. He also serves as counsel to several non-profit organizations and numerous churches; He represents individual and business clients in a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, condominium conversions, real estate tax abatement proceedings, leasing, and mortgage loans.

Mr. Holly has spent his entire legal career at Weston Patrick, beginning as an associate to Charles E. Holly in 1988 and becoming a member of the association in 2007.
