Description of Practice:
In her practice, Ms. Leung counsels high net worth individuals on all matters involving estate planning, intergenerational transfers, business succession planning, the administration of trusts and estates, and charitable giving, including the creation and administration of private foundations. Ms. Leung also works extensively with charitable organizations in the drafting and administration of planned gifts, including, charitable trusts and charitable gift annuities. Ms. Leung serves as a trustee of numerous trusts and also advises individual and corporate trustees on their roles and responsibilities.

Tina Leung joined Weston Patrick, P.A. in 1999 and specializes in estate, gift, and income taxation, trust and estates, estate administration, corporate law, and charitable law. In 2013, Ms. Leung was proud to be elected as the first female member of Weston Patrick's Executive Committee. Prior to joining Weston Patrick, Ms. Leung practiced Family Law and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.

Ms. Leung is active at Dress For Success Boston and sits on the Board of the Michele and Agnese Charitable Foundation, Inc., an organization devoted to animal protection and welfare.
