Description of Practice:
Mr. Osterberg concentrates his practice in the area of estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation (personal, corporate, partnership, trusts and estates, tax exempt organizations), general business law (including business planning, general corporate law, general and limited partnership law, and limited liability law), tax exempt organizations law, family business law, family wealth transfers, and charitable planned giving. At Weston Patrick, Mr. Osterberg also manages and oversees a trust department. Mr. Osterberg serves as general counsel to numerous family owned businesses, as well as general legal counsel to numerous local and international charities.
Professional History:
Mr. Osterberg has spent his entire legal career at Weston Patrick, beginning as an associate in 1969, advanced to a junior member in 1974 and has continued as a member since 1978. In 1999, Mr. Osterberg and Mr. Alpert merged their practices, with Tina Leung becoming a partner in 2010.
