The Emerging Companies Practice at Weston Patrick focuses on the legal issues facing entrepreneurs, startup companies, and other emerging growth companies, including negotiating the contracts with strategic partners and suppliers that are key to scaling early stage startups and growth companies.

  • The Practice provides outsourced General Counsel services to startups and emerging growth companies, including general corporate representation, SEC, FTC, and HIPAA privacy laws and regulations, commercial and technology contracting, e-commerce, and the negotiation of strategic business partnerships and joint ventures.
